Regional Sales Executive - iLANE

Reporting directly to the Regional Vice President, the candidates will be responsible for acquiring new business, maintaining and growing existing customers and providing strategic intelligence to the company. Specifically, these positions will be responsible for prospecting and closing new enterprise customers and value-added resellers, in addition to liaising with the local wireless carriers. Strong sales and industry acumen are required to enable the company to realize continued revenue growth and increased market penetration.
The candidates will primarily focus on creating and building lasting relationships with key channel partners, and will be expected to train and coach their sales teams with respect to sales of the iLANE to end users, in both retail and corporate sales environments.
Position Summary:
- Ensuring the successful sales of iLANE into your region's Enterprise Accounts and Re-seller Channels
- Accountable for meeting or exceeding targets set by the Company with respect to iLANE unit sales, market penetration and other sales-related activities
- Represent the Company at trade shows and relevant industry organizations as required
- Identifying strategies to develop and expand distribution channels and increase sales
- Work directly and cooperatively with all relevant IMS departments and management levels
- Compensation commensurate with experience, including a competitive salary and commission structure
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in direct or indirect sales of mobility solutions. Wireless carrier or smartphone manufacturer experience is preferred.
- "Hunter and closer" mentality with a proven record of success
- Existing industry and/or enterprise contacts and relationships in the wireless industry
- Demonstrated success developing and implementing product launches and growth strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Superior presentation and relationship building skills
- Great teamwork skills
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and third party organizations
- Results oriented with a strong desire for personal success and the growth of the Company
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a positive, "make it happen" attitude
- Bachelor's degree preferred
