Intelligent Mechatronic Systems (IMS) knows Information Technology (IT) and we understand who we need to add to our team. Our new Intermediate Network Administrator/Help Desk Support person will have dynamic knowledge of Microsoft technologies, hardware and software support and most importantly, the personality and drive to take tasks to completion with a smile. Reporting to the Manager of Information Technology, you will have the resources and support to help you succeed.

Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
- Support all IT needs throughout the organization via telephone, email or in person
- Interface with vendors, continuously acting as an ambassador for the Corporation
- Administer network services and servers as required
- Make the best possible use of existing hardware to fit client needs
Required Qualifications:
- Proficient in computer assembly and repair
- Experience with all versions of Windows software
- Experience in Windows server administration (Windows NT, 2003, 2008)
- Proficiency with Linux server administration
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize appropriately and follow a task through to completion
- Proficient in software installation and advanced troubleshooting techniques
- Outstanding customer service orientation, with the ability to work through issues professionally and respectfully

- MySQL, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Active Directory, LDAP servers or clients, Blackberry Enterprise Server, Virtualization software, FlexLM, Network Devices (wireless, routers, managed switches), DHCP, DNS, RAS, back up systems deployment and administration, Help desk ticketing systems, Cisco hardware, ERP system administration, basic HTML, PHP, LAMP service administration etc. (we could really go on.)
