Dr. Otman Basir is the founder, President and CEO of IMS. He holds a Ph.D. degree in Systems Design Engineering from University of Waterloo, Canada, an M.Sc. Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Queen's University, Canada, and a B.Sc. degree in Computer Engineering from Al-Fateh University, Libya.

Dr. Basir is internationally renowned for his expertise in Sensor Fusion, Intelligent Human Computer Interfacing, Biologically Inspired Embedded Systems, and their application in Intelligent Transportation Systems.

Mr. Coriat is CFO of Standard Broadcasting Corporation Limited, the largest privately-owned multimedia company in Canada. It owns and operates radio stations across Canada (including Toronto's CFRB) and provides ancillary services such as radio syndication, national sales representation, radio-related Internet/e-commerce ventures, national wholesale distribution of pre-recorded video cassettes and interactive entertainment products, video and audio post production and retail marketing services.

In 1997, Mr Faberij de Jonge joined ASA Consultants, an independent advisory firm based in Bahrain, as a partner and the company's General Manager. ASA offers corporate finance, institutional investment and M&A services to regional governments and corporations. Prior to that, from 1982, he was First Vice-President at Arab Banking Corporation in Bahrain with overall responsibility for the bank's investment operations. He serves on a number of company boards and is also The Netherlands' Honorary Consul to the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Following the successful divestiture of The Rider Travel Group in 1999, Mr. Rider through his holding company, The Rider Group Inc., has created and/or fostered a number of new businesses in the fields of entertainment, technology and telecommunications. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Invest In Kids Foundation (a national charitable organization) for several years and is director of a number of technology-based companies.

Bob Rosehart is Past President of Wilfrid Laurier University, Canada. He retired from the position of President on August 31, 2007 after having served for 10 years. He previously served for thirteen years as President and Vice Chancellor of Lakehead University in Thunder Bay, Canada.

Born in Owen Sound, Ontario, Bob Rosehart holds B.A.Sc., M.A.Sc., and Ph.D. degrees in chemical engineering from the University of Waterloo, Canada. He was a professor of chemical engineering at Lakehead University during the 1970's, prior to beginning his administrative career as Dean of Lakehead's University Schools in 1977. His interests are in economic development, science and technology policy, and government policy.

From March 2007 until March 2008, Dr. Rosehart served with the Government of Ontario as Northwestern Ontario Economic Facilitator. On March 1, 2008, he was appointed Interim Principal of Renison College at the University of Waterloo.

Mr. Wafik A. Shater has been an associate of ASA Consultants since 2004. He has over 15 years of experience in sales and marketing of software solutions and IT products across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Previously, he was a regional director for Portal Software, Tertio and Sema Group Telecom and a Business Development Director of EMEA for Usha Communications Technology. Wafik holds a BSC honors degree in Computer Systems Engineering from the University of Warwick in the UK.
